PRICES
Although you can pay in euros or British pounds, the tour fee is fixed in US dollars. The all-inclusive costs shown for each person on the tour are updated regularly to guarantee you get the greatest deal. Prices are good through December 30, 2024, excluding the days of Christmas, New Year's, and Easter.
Children's Policies
The following fees will be paid by a child traveling with two adult companions:
From the age of 0 to 1.99: Free of charge.
Between the ages of 2 and 4.99: 50% of the total rate.
Age range: 5 to 11.99 years old: 75% of the total rate
12 and older pay the full adult tour charge.
Should your tour involve flying, there can be an additional fee for the kid rate.
Cancellation
If you would want to give the company written confirmation that your reservation has to be canceled, you can send your cancellation request by email or fax
A DEPOSIT AND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT PAID
To reserve the preferred vacation, reservations should be made as soon as possible.
Once a deposit of 25% of the total cost is received, a spot on a particular tour will be reserved. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, as well as for packages that include flying, this payment will be 50%.
The deposit is deducted from the total amount due.
The deposit can be paid using a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), delivered via Western Union, or done via bank wire transfer.
Within seven days of the reservation, payment must be paid.
TIPS In Egypt, leaving a tip for a job well done is traditional but not mandatory. Although it is not required, please feel free to tip your guide.
VOUCHER FOR TOUR We will give you the final confirmation as a voucher to print and carry with you once your trip is confirmed. The information will contain phone numbers for customer service, your trip operator, and other useful details.
