Itinerary   

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo. 

Welcome to the mythical kingdom of Egypt, where the Pharaohs reigned for thousands of years. Upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, your tour manager will meet you and assist you in obtaining an entrance visa. You will then be guided around Cairo's crowded streets in a luxurious air-conditioned vehicle. Once you arrive at your chosen hotel, whether it is overlooking the Great Pyramids of Giza, like Hilton Pyramids Golf Hotel, or in Khan El Khalili, like Le Riad Luxury Boutique Hotel, your tour manager will assist you with your check-in and double-check your itinerary with you to establish and confirm all pick-up times for all of your activities during your trip.

  Day 2: Pyramids & GEM. 

After a wonderful and nutritious breakfast at your hotel, your personal guide will transport you to the Giza Plateau to begin your tour by admiring one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Great Pyramids of Giza. Explore the renowned Sphinx and Valley Temple. After your tour to the pyramids, you'll have lunch at an authentic Egyptian restaurant before heading to the New Grand Egyptian Museum, commonly known as the Giza Museum, an archeological museum in Giza, Egypt, about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Giza pyramid complex. The GEM Complex is now providing limited access to test site readiness and guest experience in advance of the official launch. Admission is currently restricted to the Main Galleries, Grand Hall, Grand Staircase, commercial area, and outside gardens. Return to your hotel.

  Day 3: Fly to Luxor - East Bank Sightseeing  

Today, you'll leave Cairo and travel to Luxor, the shining city. You will meet your tour manager at your hotel early in the morning, and he will accompany you to Cairo International Airport for your flight to Luxor. Upon arrival in Luxor, you will be assisted and whisked away in a private airconditioned vehicle to board your deluxe Nile cruise, Salacia, which will provide you a unique experience of sailing on the Nile with high-quality service, dining, and lodging during your stay. Enjoy a delicious lunch on board before departing for your first stop in Upper Egypt, where you will visit Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple on the east bank. Return to your boat and enjoy a warm, handcrafted supper.

Visits: Karnak Temple, Luxor Temple. 

 Day 4: West Bank Sightseeing.

  Enjoy your first breakfast aboard your trip, surrounded by the tranquil waters of the Nile. After breakfast, tour Luxor's West Bank. Visit the Royal Cemetery for 62 Pharaohs, also known as the Valley of the Kings, before moving on to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by New Kingdom architects in the 15th century BCE at Deir El Bahari. Finish the day by marveling at Memnon's magnificent Colossi. After completing your visits to the West Bank, return to your cruise and begin sailing to Edfu while enjoying a fantastic lunch onboard. Relax the rest of the day as you sail; take use of your cruise's incredible amenities; drink afternoon tea, get a massage, and unwind in the Jacuzzi. End your day with a delicious dinner on board.

Day 5: Edfu and Kom Ombo 

as you sail to Edfu, enjoy a delicious breakfast aboard your cruise ship. When you arrive, go to Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman temples, which is dedicated to Horus. Take a horse-drawn carriage trip back and forth to the temple and admire Upper Egypt's native life. Pass through the slow-paced, rural lifestyles of the local farmers and fisherman. Immerse yourself in the stunning, verdant, fertile landscapes filled with banana and date palm trees. After your visit, return to your cruise and set sail for your second stop of the day, Kom Ombo. Land on the shores of Kom Ombo and wander through the village with the inhabitants until you reach at the remarkable Kom Ombo temple with its two identical entrances, hypostyle halls, and sanctuaries. After your tour, return to your cruise and have an excellent lunch while sailing to Aswan. As the day comes to a close, savor a warm, delicious dinner surrounded by the tranquil waters of the Nile River.

Day 6: Aswan Sightseeing. 

As you travel to the colorful city of Aswan, indulge in another delectable breakfast on board. Upon arrival, spend the day sightseeing in this wonderful city, meeting the friendliest residents. Begin by visiting the huge Unfinished Obelisk, which remains on its side in ancient Egypt's stone quarries. After that, you'll see the stunning Temple of Philae, which is dedicated to the two goddesses Isis and Hathor. After your visits, you will head back to your cruise and enjoy an appetizing dinner in the middle of the Nile surrounded by its beautiful waters.

  Day 7: Fly to Cairo - Optional Tour to Abu Simbel. 

Enjoy your final morning of your cruise with one last delicious breakfast on board, surrounded by the tranquil waters of the Nile. After breakfast, exit from your cruise and transfer to Aswan Airport to catch your flight back to Cairo, where you will be welcomed and brought to your hotel for your final night in the Land of the Pharaohs.

Day 8: Cairo - Fly Back Home. 

Enjoy a nice breakfast at your hotel before venturing out to explore the lovely capital of Cairo. As your aircraft approaches, you will be taken through Cairo's bustling streets to Cairo International Airport for your final trip back home.
