There are various holy land excursions available, one of the most well-known being this one in Egypt. It depicts some of the places visited by the holy family (Jesus Christ as a baby, the Virgin Mary, and Saint Joseph). According to tradition, there are 15 sites where we believe the Holy Family passed through or stayed, including residences, churches, and monasteries.
The holy land Egypt journey lasted two to three years and included stops in Cairo, Giza, Delta, and other locations in Egypt.This journey visits some of the ancient Egyptian sites, including the Giza pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. It explores the sacred sites visited by the holy family in Egypt, including Coptic Cairo churches, Mostorod, and Maddi.

 Tour Itinerary

Day 1 :Arrival / Cairo Airport / Giza Pyramids.

Our guide will pick you up from Cairo airport and take you to the Giza Pyramids, including Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Then, tour the Great Sphinx, which dates back to 10000 B.C., and the Valley Temple. Drive to your hotel in Cairo for the night.

Day 2 :Cairo / Coptic Cairo / Mostorod / Matarya.

After breakfast, your guide will accompany you to Cairo churches, beginning with the Hanging Church and St. Sergius, also known as the holy crypt church in Old Cairo, then moving on to Mostorud to see the Virgin Mary Church, and finally visiting the Holy Well and Holly Mary Tree at Matariya, a popular medieval pilgrimage destination. Lunch at a neighborhood eatery in Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3 :Natron Valley monasteries.

Your guide will accompany you to the Wadi Natroun monasteries, which were blessed by Christ. According to tradition, the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ hid in Natroun valley during their trip into Egypt, and Jesus Christ blessed the valley's four directions. It is one of Egypt's most famous valleys, home to four monasteries. Al Baramus monastery is the oldest of the four, followed by St. Bishoy, whose body is still housed there.You will arrive at 'Deir El-Suryan', the smallest and most compact of the four monasteries. Lunch in route back to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 4 :Delta / Tal basta / Belbis.

Your guide will join you on the Holy Family Journey in Egypt, beginning in Babastis, also known as Tel-Basta, (approx. 100 km from Cairo), where Jesus poured out a spring of water to drink, then visiting the holy well in Belbeis (ancient Philipps), which is approximately 55 miles from Cairo. The holy family rested in the shade of a tree that became known as "The Virgin Mary's Tree"; today, Saint George Church stands in its place. Following lunch, return to your Cairo hotel.

Day 5 :Free day at leisure.

Enjoy a free day at leisure and spend the night at your hotel.

Day 6 :Free day.

A free day at leisure.

Day 7 :Departure / Cairo Airport.

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo airport.
